Grand Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free Standard cleaning service for their home or office (up to 200 square meters).
Runner-up Prizes
Five (5) winners will receive a 50% discount voucher for their next cleaning service with Premium Clean.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to residents of Auckland aged 21 and over.
2. Entry Period: The raffle starts on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date].
3. Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Regular cleaning service for a home or office (up to 200 square meters).
Runner-Up Prizes: Five (5) 50% discount vouchers for future cleaning services.
4. Winner Selection: The winners will be randomly drawn on 11/09/202]. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw. You can connect with social media to know the Winner.
5. Service Location: The cleaning service is available only within the Auckland area (40 KM from the Auckland central). A new winner will be selected if the winner's address is outside our service area.
6. Booking: The grand prize must be booked and redeemed within three months of the draw date via our website. The support team will issue a voucher for redemption at www.premiumclean.co.nz. The service is subject to availability and must be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time.
7. Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
8. Conditions: The grand prize includes standard cleaning services only. Tasks will be performed according to the standard cleaning checklist published on our website. Deep cleaning or additional services may incur extra charges. While our cleaners will perform quality services, no claims for redoing the service will be accepted. Cleaners have the right to refuse service if the property is in an excessively filthy state. Our cleaners will bring their own cleaning tools and equipment. If there are specific cleaning tools or requirements for your home or office that fall outside the scope of our services, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide them. Additionally, providing power and water is the customer's responsibility.
9. Exclusions: This raffle is not open to employees of Premium Clean or their immediate family members.
10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Premium Clean to use their name and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Privacy: All personal information collected will be used solely for this raffle and not shared with third parties.
