By selecting Direct Debit as a payment option, you authorize Premium Clean to debit your nominated bank account for service charges. This authorization remains effective until canceled in writing by either party. Payments will be processed on the specified due date, and it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available. Premium Clean will provide at least 14 days’ notice for changes to the amount or date. If a payment is declined, a fee may be charged, and you must arrange alternative payment. You can cancel your authorization with 10 business days’ notice. Any disputes should be raised within 30 days of the payment date.

Premium Clean will not be liable for losses from incorrect processing due to insufficient funds or bank errors, and it is your responsibility to keep your bank details accurate. All Direct Debit information will be kept confidential and used solely for payment processing. By selecting Direct Debit, you confirm understanding and acceptance of these terms.
