What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours at no charge. Unfortunately, we charge a $35 cancellation fee if your booking is confirmed or if you cancel on the day of service.

We do this to cover any gaps the cancellation may have created in our cleaner’s schedule.
