How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
We recommend professional carpet cleaning at least once a year to maintain a healthy and hygienic environment. However, households with pets, children, or high-traffic areas may benefit from more frequent cleanings.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours, and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was made on the day of service.
We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.
