What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours, and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was made on the day of service.
We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.
