The Challenge In early 2025, Chemist Warehouse urgently required professional floor strip and polish services across three key branches — Porirua, Kilbirnie, and Lambton Quay — ahead of an upcoming client inspection.The challenge was multi-layered: The inspection deadline was tight, leaving no flexibility for after-hours work. The stores remained fully operational during business hours, with heavy customer traffic. The team had to maintain health and safety compliance for both visitors and staff while delivering flawless results. The client needed a certified cleaning provider capable of handling complex floor restoration without interrupting retail operations. Our Solution Premium Clean mobilised its IICRC and ISO-certified team, led by Supervisor Krishan and Account Manager Karla, to plan and execute the project efficiently and safely.After an initial floor assessment, our team recommended a three-layer polish system using premium Diversey products to restore long-lasting gloss and durability.Work was performed aisle by aisle during open hours, allowing the store to continue operations while ensuring all safety measures — including barriers, wet-floor signage, and rapid-drying techniques — were in place. Across the three locations, a combined area of over 500 sqm was restored to a professional, inspection-ready finish. Diversey Taski Vectra Floor Sealer/Finisher 5 L – a premium sealer providing lasting gloss and protection. Diversey Suma D3.5 Break Up Degreaser 5 L – to remove oils and residues before polishing. Diversey Strip Eze F1 Floor Stripper 5 L – for safe and effective stripping of existing finishes. Execution Highlights Operational Adaptability: Work was completed during trading hours, without disruption to business operations.
