What certifications and accreditations do you hold?
We’re committed to continuous improvement and third-party verification of our standards. Premium Clean holds ISO certification, Prequal (Health & Safety) certification, and trains to IICRC and NZQA standards. Our certifications align to both domestic and commercial work. How are your cleaners trained?
Every cleaner follows a structured learning pathway:
Induction: Two days at Head Office covering safety, systems, products, and quality standards.
On-site training: A compulsory 21-day programme shadowing a supervisor/trainer to learn site-specific tasks (domestic & commercial).
LMS coursework:50+ micro-courses on our internal Learning Management System with an 80%+ pass mark required for each.
Ongoing L&D: Quarterly refreshers, hands-on workshops, and targeted upskilling.
Will I get the same cleaner/team each visit?
For recurring services we allocate a dedicated franchise owner/operator so you see the same face and consistent results. If your usual cleaner is unavailable (e.g., illness or leave), we’ll send a fully briefed backup team member. Your preferred cleaner is tagged to your customer profile so our team doesn’t change them without a good reason.

What is your 72-hour satisfaction guarantee and how do I use it?
If something’s not right, tell us within 72 hours and we’ll make it right—typically with a prompt re-clean of the affected areas. How to lodge it: Email photos/details to support@premiumclean.co.nz or contact us via your portal/phone (0800 786 780). No long-term lock-ins—just service we stand behind.
