What does Premium Clean's deep cleaning service include?
Premium Clean's deep cleaning service is designed to cover areas of your home that don't receive regular attention. This comprehensive cleaning service includes dusting all reachable surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances and cabinets, basic cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping of all floors.
Absolutely not! You're not required to sign a contract for our cleaning services. However, if you plan on using our services regularly, we're happy to offer special bundled rates for a predetermined number of cleanings.
Are your cleaning products safe for children, pets, and individuals with allergies?
Yes, the health and safety of your family and pets are our top priority. We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are effective in cleaning yet safe for everyone in your household, including those with allergies. Upon request, we can provide a list of the products we use.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours, and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was made on the day of service.
We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.
