Although incidents are rare, we take full responsibility for our team's actions. In the case of damaged or missing items, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of the cleaning service. We will conduct a thorough investigation. Our cleaners are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Are Airbnb cleaning services provided customizable to my specific property's needs?

We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.
