Do I need to commit to a service contract?
Absolutely not! You're not required to sign a contract for our cleaning services. However, if you plan on using our services regularly, we're happy to offer special bundled rates for a predetermined number of cleanings.

Absolutely! We're committed to using eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Our non-toxic, biodegradable products are safe for your family, pets, and the environment while still delivering exceptional results.
What kinds of cleaning services do you offer in Wellington?
We provide a comprehensive range of services: regular house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom cleaning), deep cleaning, end‑of‑lease / move‑out cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window washing (interior/exterior), oven/appliance cleaning, one‑time and recurring cleaning plans, as well as optional add‑ons depending on your needs.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours, and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was made on the day of service.
We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.

What health and safety compliance standards do you adhere to?
Premium Clean has developed a robust Health and Safety Management System to ensure a safe workplace. Our policies are designed to minimize risks associated with our work at your premises. We provide an HSME booklet that includes a site induction register, risk hazards and controls, data sheets of chemicals used, site reference folders, and policies on environmental sustainability.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning appointment?
We understand that plans change. We kindly request 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your cleaning. This helps us adjust our schedule and continue providing excellent service to all of our clients.
How much does cleaning cost in Wellington?
Cost depends on your property size, the type of cleaning needed, and frequency. For standard cleaning jobs, rates commonly range from NZ $40–$60 per hour. For deeper cleans, larger homes or specialised tasks, pricing is quoted individually after assessing the requirements.
