While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, extending the cleaning time on the day of service is subject to the availability of our cleaning professionals. We recommend booking a slightly longer time than you think you might need to ensure that all your cleaning needs are met. If an extension is needed and we have the capacity, we will gladly adjust the schedule to accommodate additional cleaning time.

If you wish to cancel the booking, you may do so within 24 hours and it is going to be free of charge. Unfortunately, we charge a cancellation fee of $35 once your booking has been confirmed or the cancellation was done on the day of service.

We do this to cover any lapses that the cancellation may have brought to our cleaner's schedule.
